St. Charles House
Located on St. Charles near Bordeaux, we spent one year on site. Remodel consisted of full interior renovation, front porch rebuild, new back deck, exterior staircase and yard fences. We also added new siding and repaired gutters and facia. The interior consists of ornate trim, barreled ceilings, plaster crown moldings and Venetian plaster walls. Structural repairs were addressed.
