Exterior remodel includes a 2-story front porch addition, side porch, 2nd floor bay window and new siding. Interior remodel includes new a/c system, plumbing, electrical, foam wall insulation and restoration of original hardwood floors using recycled framing timbers – consisting of existing studs, rafters and floor joists.
